Coronavirus / COVID-19 Impact at Kia Finance

We are currently experiencing high call volumes and we're very sorry that this means that some customers are having to wait longer to speak to us, than we would like. We appreciate the wider impact of the Coronavirus on businesses and the UK economy may cause financial difficulties in the short-term for some customers.

Whilst we all deal with the Coronavirus, our opening hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Thank you for patience and understanding.

At the end of the monthly repayment period you’ll have three options:

OPTION01.

Retain

You can pay the optional final payment and the car is yours

OPTION02.

Return

You can hand the car back to us, with nothing further to pay (subject to mileage and fair wear and tear)

OPTION03.

Renew

You can part exchange the car, using any equity over and above the optional final payment as deposit on your next car. Although equity is anticipated, this cannot be guaranteed.
